The Fourth of July and the upcoming Independence Day events will offer a star-spangled range of activities. From art exhibits and pancake breakfasts in the Heber Valley to a "fireworks" drone show at Park City Mountain, there is something for everyone!

The July 4th Parade on Main Street in Park City is always a major attraction, so be sure to arrive early!  Remember, Park City's FREE public transit is a great option for getting around town during big events like this.

This festive 5K race in Historic Park City offers music, food, race T-shirts, and benefits Park City Ski and Snowboard. Participants of all ages are invited, with medals and prizes from sponsors. Register early, as there are no same-day registrations permitted!

WITH GERSHWIN’S RHAPSODY IN BLUE

Deer Valley's Independence Day tribute will feature a world premiere of Gershwin’s jazzy Rhapsody in Blue. An iconic piece since its debut in 1924, Peter Boyer has composed a new work celebrating the centennial. Pianist Jeffrey Biegel performs both—unveiling Boyer’s Rhapsody in Red, White, and Blue in Utah before taking it to every other U.S. state.

RED, WHITE & BLUE FESTIVAL
July 4  |  6 am - 10 pm  |  Heber Valley


The festival will start early in the morning at the Heber City Main Street Park with a 
5K or 10K race, where participants can compete against each other or enjoy a fun run with friends and family.

After the race, there will be a patriotic walk and a chuckwagon breakfast. Throughout the day, there will be a cornhole tournament, a sidewalk chalk art contest, a strong man contest, games, and a farmer's market with local vendors selling food and crafts.

An outdoor evening concert will feature local musicians playing patriotic tunes and other popular songs. T
he festival will culminate with a grand fireworks display on Memorial Hill in Midway.

MIDWAY CELEBRATIONS

Celebrate Independence Day at Midway's small town July 4th celebration. Sponsored by Midway Boosters and Midway City, this is a family-friendly day full of festivities including a pancake breakfast and kids' bike parade at Town Square. Finish off the night with a big fireworks display from Memorial Hill at 10 pm.
